ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduating high school seniors who reside in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s Counties
- Must plan to attend a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) on a full-time basis in the year of graduation
- Children of the Southern Maryland Chain Chapter members are not eligible to apply
