    Each year, the Andrews Spouses' Club, located on Joint Base Andrews, awards scholarships for the fall season. Local communities and school district senior students are eligible. All branches of service are encouraged to apply. 

Application Requirements: 

• Scholarships are open to dependents of active duty, DOD, civilian, guard, reserves, retired or deceased members assigned to or living on JBA or the national capital region.
