The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) award more than 25 different scholarships to juniors and seniors for their outstanding academic achievements. DAR scholarships are offered for a wide range of disciplines including history, law, medical, nursing, music, education and many more. Each scholarship has its own requirements and procedures which must be followed to apply for the scholarship.
All applicants must be U.S. citizens attending a college or university in the United States.
To apply, see the necessary application forms with descriptions of the various scholarships in the AP Seminar Room scholarship drawer. They can also be downloaded from www.DAR.org
The deadline for all applications is February 15, 2013. Scholarship amounts vary.
