The Maryland Delegate Scholarship is offered to Maryland residents who plan to pursue a postsecondary credential full-time (12+ credits undergraduate or 9+ credits graduate per semester) or part-time (6-11 credits undergraduate or 6-8 credits graduate per semester) at a two-year or four-year Maryland college, university or private career school.
Application Requirements:
- Students must be attending an undergraduate, graduate, or career school IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND.
- Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
- Students must be residents of Delegate Todd B. Morgan's District of 29C (this can be verified here)
- Completed Questionnaire (found in guidance)
- copy of student's FAFSA
- Most recent official transcript (from guidance councilor)
- cover letter introducing oneself and explaining why you are a worthy candidate.
