Scholarships will be awarded for academic achievement, high school activities (past school year), and the applicant’s ability to effectively articulate thoughts and ideas both orally and in writing. If selected, the candidate will be required to attend a zoom interview during the week of April 17-21, 2023. All Scholarship Recipients will be notified by May 8, 2023.
Application requirements:
- Graduating high school senior
- Residing in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's counties
- Must plan to attend college full time in the year of graduation (2023)
- Two signed letters of recommendation
- An official high school transcript
- Verification of acceptance or admission into college
- Wallet sized photo
- 500 word maximum essay
